Predictable Prime Numbers weaken encryption

A client had found a way to predict / calculate any Prime Number, meaning many security systems are to be considered “weak” or “broken”, because they are all based on Prime Numbers. I was asked to brainstorm about possibilities for technological products using new technology based on non-prime-numbers.
